Moorland, NSW · Mid North Coast
A peaceful Mid North Coast escape, a convenient road-trip stopover, or both.
Forest Springs Cabin is a private, two-bedroom eco cabin in Moorland on the NSW Mid North Coast, surrounded by 8 acres of native bushland and backing directly onto Coopernook State Forest.

For everyone's comfort and safety
One-night stay or longer getaway?
Yes. The cabin is approximately five minutes from the Pacific Highway, making it a convenient and peaceful alternative to a standard motel when travelling along the NSW Mid North Coast.
It is particularly convenient for people travelling between Sydney, Port Macquarie, the Mid North Coast, Coffs Harbour, Byron Bay and Brisbane who want a comfortable place to stop without staying in a busy town.
A one-night stay works well as a road-trip stopover. For a genuine getaway, we recommend two or three nights — enough time to enjoy the cabin without rushing, explore the bushland, visit Crowdy Bay, spend time at the coast, explore Port Macquarie or Taree, have an evening around the fire and a slow morning on the deck.
Many guests who stay one night tell us they wish they had stayed longer.

What makes Forest Springs different?
Forest Springs combines something that can be difficult to find in one place — a genuinely quiet bush setting without being far from the highway, beaches, towns and major Mid North Coast attractions.
You can be at the cabin surrounded by forest and wildlife, yet only around five minutes from the Pacific Highway, 15 minutes from Crowdy Bay Beach, and 30 minutes from both Port Macquarie and Taree. That makes Forest Springs useful for both exploring and escaping.
Forest Springs is for people who want to slow down.
You can spend your days exploring beaches, forests and the Mid North Coast. Or you can stay at the cabin, make coffee, read a book, watch the birds, walk through the forest and sit around the fire. There is no right way to stay at Forest Springs.
Come for the coast. Stay for the forest. Or simply come to do nothing at all.
